Our Afterschool
Our after school operates from 1.15 pm until 5.30 pm
The children are collected from the primary school next door and are accompanied by staff to our afterschool. When children first come in, they relax for a while before they complete their homework with help from staff, after which they have a healthy and nutritious freshly cooked meal from our kitchen.
Coming from a very structured school day, the afterschool is a more relaxed environment where children can choose their own activities such as arts, crafts, board games etc. Most children, however, prefer to play outdoors in our large outdoor area. Here children can plan activities in the outdoor classroom, they can master our climbing wall, or go exploring in our large wooded area, where we have a balance rope and a den for children to explore.
